Service cut-off for late/non-payment?

To restore water services you will need to complete the following:

  1. Pay the account balance in full. 
  2. Call the Utility Billing office once paid in full. Service that is requested to be restored outside normal business hours will incur a $50 after-hour fee.  (972) 564-7304.  After Hours Service is Monday - Thursday 5:30pm - 8:00pm; Friday - Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm
